What do I need to know to redeem vouchers?

Please note the following:

• Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed for the amount stated on them in full. If the value of the voucher is more than the value of the goods in your shopping basket, you cannot redeem part of the voucher or receive a refund on the rest of it.
• Vouchers cannot be transferred and can only be redeemed while they are still valid.

Vouchers are generally linked to promotional offers and are only valid for a limited period of time. In some cases, the vouchers can only be redeemed when you purchase specific products or groups of products. Please therefore note the details given on your voucher.

How do I redeem the voucher?

You log into our Online Shop with your customer account details and place the goods you want in your shopping basket. You should then proceed to the checkout. Before you complete the process of placing your order, you can enter your voucher code in the field provided for this. The voucher amount will be deducted directly from your order. You can then complete the process of placing your order. You will see your voucher itemised separately on your order confirmation.

What do I do if the value of the voucher is not deducted?

First please ensure that everything is spelled correctly, using upper and lower case as appropriate. Then please check if your vocher code is still valid. If you've done everything correctly please contact our service centre by calling ++49(0)1805-350 888 (14 ct/min from a German landline, prices for mobile calls might be different) BEFORE you complete your order. Please have your customer number and your voucher code to hand.
