Ordering and Paying
How can I order?
You can order via our Internet Shop or by calling ++49(0)1805 - 350 888 (14 ct/min from a German landline, prices for mobile calls might be different).
Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation of your order. This confirms that your order has been received. Once your order has successfully been checked, your order is transferred to our commissioning centre. When your commissioned order is transferred to our transport courier, your order is deemed to have been accepted and the purchase contract is deemed to have been concluded. You will receive confirmation by e-mail that your goods have been dispatched. This dispatch confirmation includes a package number and a direct link to our transport courier which you can use to check the delivery status of your order directly online.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card.You can pay using any of the following credit cards:
MasterCard and VISA Card.
Depending on availability, the goods will be dispatched to you as soon as the transaction is approved by your credit card company.
Paying on account (option only open to corporate customers or public institutions)
We currently only offer the service of paying on account to corporate customers, public institutions and authorities within the Federal Republic of Germany. Unfortunately, private customers can not receive goods on account.
If you would like to start up a new business relationship with us, please send an e-mail to our service team at shop@gofalk.com to arrange an individual appointment to discuss matters.
Why do I have to log in?
Logging into our shop gives you additional benefits. For instance, you can view your order status online at any time or check your order history. You can make follow-up purchases easily and conveniently.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you forget your password on one occasion, this is not a problem. When you registered your details as a new customer in our shop, we also asked you a secret question to which only you should know the answer.
You should now simply click on Login and then on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link. We will then ask you your secret question. If you provide the correct answer to your secret question, a new password will be sent to the e-mail address stored with your customer details. You can then change this new password as you wish the next time you log in.
How and where can I view my order status?
You can check the status of your order online at any time.To do this, log into the Falk Online Shop and click on the “My Account” button on the left. Here you should select “Check Order Status” from the menu. You will then see the order status for your latest order.

You can view your order history online at any time. To do this, log into the Falk Online Shop and click on the ‘My Account’ button on the left. Here you should select ‘My Order History’ from the menu. You will then see all of the orders you have placed to date.
