How long do deliveries take?
You can choose between standard delivery and express
delivery.
Standard delivery
With a standard delivery,
goods which are in stock are generally delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
Express delivery
If you require a particularly quick
delivery, we offer an express delivery as a special service. Orders for goods
which are in stock that we receive by 14.00 at the latest (Monday to Friday,
excluding public holidays) are dispatched on the same day and delivered to you
on the following working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
between 8.00 and 18.00.
Only items which are available for immediate
delivery can be delivered to you on the following day, irrespective of the
express status. Please note the appropriate default settings in the detailed
view for the product you want.
Note on different delivery deadlines for
your order:
If your order contains items which have different delivery
deadlines, these will not be dispatched until all of the items in your order are
ready to be sent to you.
Who delivers the goods I have ordered?
We generally use DHL to deliver our orders. In some
countries to which we deliver, we reserve the right to opt for a transport
courier which is more suitable for you.
Please note that you should be
at home to receive the order when it is delivered. When you place your order,
you have the option of specifying an alternative address for delivery. If DHL
finds that nobody is around to receive a delivery, you will receive a note in
your letter box informing you that your goods could not be delivered. This will
contain details of the time when delivery will be attempted again. DHL will
generally attempt to deliver goods three times before the goods are returned to
us.
How can I check the delivery status of my order?
You can view the delivery status of your order directly
online at any time. When you receive confirmation that your goods have been
dispatched, your order is deemed to have been accepted and the purchase contract
is concluded. The dispatch confirmation sent to you by e-mail contains a package
tracking number and a link to our transport courier. You can access this link to
view the delivery status of your order directly online.
How much are the shipment costs?
Our shipment costs are made up of two pricing components.
Firstly, there is the flat-rate logistics charge incurred for providing the
goods and packaging them correctly; secondly, there are the costs of delivering
the goods which vary depending on the method of shipment used, such as standard
delivery or express delivery, and the value of the shipment. Our delivery costs
always include the cost of insurance.
